![]() At this point I'm out of ideas except to box it up and send it home to Florida.I don't know enough to know whether I messsed up or whether my gun is defective.For whatever reason it's now over my head. ![]() I don't know what it is but it most closely resembles 115 ejector or 194 recoil spring catch in size but really isn't shaped like either. If you dont have the owners manual you will need to locate the serial number on the body. The next bit of practice was to re-assemble and things just went from bad to worse.First the recoil spring guide rod kept sticking way out in front.Figured out what was wrong and rearranged it and started again to put it together when something fell out. In many cases, the serial number will be noted in the owners manual. Speaking of not knowing what I'm doing I disassembled the gun by more or less following the directions in the booklet but finding it impossible to hold the slide back found that sticking a pen in the ejector slot held it back enough to pry out the assembly pin with a screwdriver. ![]() Hi Flyer, I don't know exactly what makes an official posting or where the top thread of the feedback/administration area would be found.I'm totally new at this sort of thing and really don't know what I'm doing. ![]() I think the little Kel-tec looks like the right choice as my pocket pal.
